Case Packer & Palletizer
MULLER offers a wide spectrum of case packing equipment and capabilities. For lid and container applications, our equipment can load stacked products to the carton in the horizontal or vertical stack orientation. MULLER can also design a custom packaging system for specialized products that require unique orientation in the carton.
The versatility of the Case Packer equipped with high performance 6 axis robot and quick change over formats allow to handle several stack configuration and stacks orientation into cartons.
The Cobot solution is perfectly suited for less demanding cycle times, at smaller spaces or at frequent human interaction. As Independent unit with his own PLC & HMI, the Muller Cobot can be easily added at the end of conveyors, spin bar stackers, or any other application to automate the handling of stacks and products.
We provide a wide range of versatile and efficient palletizers, capable of placing products by layer with or without slip sheets, and stacking them in various orientations.
