Muller lid systems can handle most round lids on the market today. They allow for stacking of lids where manual and punch stacking are just not capable of creating nested stacks. Downstream capabilities go all the way from manual packing to fully automated case packing and palletizing. Standard systems handle lids from 3” up to 6.5” diameters, and rates 400ppm per bowl/lane.

Standard systems are capable of change over for any lid from 3” to 6.5” diameter, and .1” to 1” Thickness. Smaller and larger lids are also possible with custom system design.

Systems can be sized to match single face molds all the way up to 4 level stack molds. Multiple presses can also be fed into a single lid system. Rates of up to 400ppm per disc are achievable. Standard systems have single and dual disc sizing.

Various downstream options are available. “Infinite” stack length creation for operator stack creation and casepacking. Automated stack length cutting and accumulation for simplified operator casepacking. Automated Cobot casepacking for integrated operator an automation interface. Fully automated casepacking with vertical and horizontal casepack options. Caspacking systems can integrate polylined boxes, U-trays, and slip sheets where necessary.

Standard system designs have been optimized to fit equipment beside the IMM to fit into a standard plant with a line of IMM’s. Custom footprint options are also available to fit your custom plant layout.
